Property management POA

A real estate management power of attorney allows you to appoint another person or legal person (also known as an “agent” or “public agent”) to manage your property. With a real estate management authorization, you can authorize your real estate agent, relative or friend to rent out your apartment or office, sign a lease agreement, collect rent, maintain your apartment, and represent you in front of the government or private organization. For your property, this type of authorization is usually granted to a real estate agent, property manager, your family or friends, who can complete the above tasks for you. Agents or friends, they will manage your property, but will not grant you extensive powers such as selling or transferring.
