Company POA

The company’s shareholders use the company’s power of attorney to enable others to operate the company’s business. The powers of managing the company’s daily operations, signing contracts and other documents, representing the company in government agencies, appointing and dismissing company employees, and maintaining company bank accounts can be delegated to one person, a person authorized by the company. Licensed lawyers do not have to be employees of the company, because anyone can act as a lawyer based on the company’s POA.
